Getting Started

Prepare a new 24Stream account for its first broadcast, from sign-up through a verified control-room preview.

Before you begin

Have a supported video file and the stream URL and key for at least one destination. The account also needs one available stream slot.

1Create your account from Signup, verify the details, and sign in.
2Open Media and upload a video. Wait until the green processing bar reaches 100% and the status is READY.
3Open Destinations and save the stream URL and key from YouTube Studio or another RTMP provider.
4Open Streams, select the matching horizontal or vertical source, choose the destination, and create the stream.
5The control room opens automatically. Review the preview, then select Start stream when the destination is ready.

Create a support ticket and include the affected stream or media item. Sensitive credentials are automatically excluded.
